Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

We are shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping within Europe: 5 – 10 days
0 – 30 kg: €18.5 – €42.5
30 – 60 kg: €24.5 – €72.5
Prices differ per country.
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received an e-mail, please check the spam folder and contact us otherwise.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fryction® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Fryction® is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged or not at all please contact Us.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
